It’s funny to see today how everybody wants to be a local.
We all want to belong.
We all want to be part of a better mankind — especially the sunny kind.
Not so long ago, when you came from a so-called third world country, you were treated like a plague. A problem. An outsider.
Now those same places are dream destinations.
Now everyone wants to live there — or at least spend their holidays there.
Those strange locals have suddenly become the most respected people on Earth.
Humans with dignity. Humans with integrity.
Meanwhile, civilization has become absurd — intolerable under the weight of its own greed.
Always wanting more. Too much.
And at some point, it doesn’t matter anymore — until you decide to do the right thing.
Right now.
Respect cannot be bought.
It must be earned — over time, through trust.
And trust grows from one thing only:
Integrity.
Integrity — the universal key to life.
Mankind has come a long way.
But civilization has lost mankind.

Hoy es curioso ver cómo todo el mundo quiere ser local.
Todos queremos pertenecer.
Todos queremos formar parte de una humanidad mejor — sobre todo la más soleada.
No hace mucho, si venías de un llamado tercer mundo, te trataban como una plaga.
Como un problema. Como un extraño.
Hoy esos mismos lugares son destinos soñados.
Ahora todos quieren vivir allí — o al menos pasar sus vacaciones.
Esos “extraños” locales se han convertido de repente en las personas más respetadas del planeta.
Humanos con dignidad. Humanos con integridad.
Mientras tanto, la civilización se ha vuelto absurda —
intolerable bajo el peso de su propia codicia.
Siempre queriendo más. Demasiado.
Y llega un punto en el que ya no importa —
hasta que decides hacer lo correcto.
Ahora mismo.
El respeto no se compra.
Se gana con el tiempo, a través de la confianza.
Y la confianza solo nace de una cosa:
Integridad.
La integridad — la clave universal de la vida.
La humanidad ha avanzado mucho.
Pero la civilización ha perdido a la humanidad.

Lucu melihat bagaimana sekarang semua orang ingin menjadi lokal.
Kita semua ingin merasa memiliki.
Kita semua ingin menjadi bagian dari umat manusia yang lebih baik.
Dulu, jika kamu berasal dari negara dunia ketiga,
kamu diperlakukan seperti penyakit.
Masalah. Orang luar.
Sekarang tempat-tempat itu menjadi tujuan impian.
Sekarang semua orang ingin tinggal di sana — atau setidaknya berlibur.
Orang-orang lokal yang dulu dianggap aneh
kini menjadi manusia paling dihormati.
Manusia dengan martabat. Manusia dengan integritas.
Sementara itu, peradaban menjadi absurd —
hancur oleh keserakahannya sendiri.
Selalu ingin lebih. Terlalu banyak.
Sampai akhirnya tidak penting lagi —
hingga kamu memutuskan untuk melakukan yang benar.
Sekarang.
Rasa hormat tidak bisa dibeli.
Ia harus diperoleh melalui waktu dan kepercayaan.
Dan kepercayaan hanya tumbuh dari satu hal:
Integritas.
Integritas — kunci universal kehidupan.
Umat manusia telah berkembang jauh.
Namun peradaban telah kehilangan kemanusiaan.

Het is grappig om te zien hoe tegenwoordig iedereen local wil zijn.
We willen allemaal ergens bij horen.
We willen deel uitmaken van een betere mensheid.
Niet zo lang geleden werd je, als je uit een derdewereldland kwam, behandeld als een probleem.
Als een buitenstaander.
Nu zijn diezelfde plekken droombestemmingen.
Nu wil iedereen er wonen — of er vakantie vieren.
Die ‘vreemde’ locals zijn ineens de meest gerespecteerde mensen geworden.
Mensen met waardigheid. Mensen met integriteit.
Ondertussen is de beschaving absurd geworden —
verstikt door haar eigen hebzucht.
Altijd meer willen. Te veel.
Tot het moment dat het niet meer uitmaakt —
tot je besluit het juiste te doen.
Nu.
Respect koop je niet.
Je verdient het — met tijd en vertrouwen.
En vertrouwen komt maar uit één ding voort:
Integriteit.
Integriteit — de universele sleutel tot het leven.
De mensheid is ver gekomen.
Maar de beschaving is de mensheid kwijtgeraakt.

Es ist erstaunlich, wie heute jeder ein Local sein möchte.
Wir alle wollen dazugehören.
Wir alle wollen Teil einer besseren Menschheit sein.
Noch vor kurzer Zeit wurdest du, wenn du aus der sogenannten dritten Welt kamst,
wie ein Problem behandelt.
Wie ein Fremder.
Heute sind genau diese Orte Traumziele.
Heute will jeder dort leben — oder Urlaub machen.
Diese „seltsamen“ Locals sind plötzlich die respektiertesten Menschen.
Menschen mit Würde. Menschen mit Integrität.
Währenddessen ist die Zivilisation absurd geworden —
erstickt an ihrer eigenen Gier.
Immer mehr wollen. Zu viel.
Bis es irgendwann egal wird —
bis du dich entscheidest, das Richtige zu tun.
Jetzt.
Respekt kann man nicht kaufen.
Man muss ihn sich verdienen — durch Zeit und Vertrauen.
Und Vertrauen entsteht nur durch eines:
Integrität.
Integrität — der universelle Schlüssel zum Leben.
Die Menschheit ist weit gekommen.
Doch die Zivilisation hat die Menschlichkeit verloren.

Il est frappant de voir aujourd’hui comment tout le monde veut être local.
Nous voulons tous appartenir.
Nous voulons tous faire partie d’une humanité meilleure.
Il n’y a pas si longtemps, venir d’un pays du tiers monde
signifiait être traité comme un problème.
Comme un étranger.
Aujourd’hui, ces mêmes endroits sont devenus des destinations de rêve.
Aujourd’hui, tout le monde veut y vivre — ou y passer ses vacances.
Ces locaux autrefois méprisés sont désormais les plus respectés.
Des humains avec dignité. Des humains avec intégrité.
Pendant ce temps, la civilisation est devenue absurde —
écrasée par sa propre cupidité.
Toujours vouloir plus. Trop.
Jusqu’au moment où cela n’a plus d’importance —
jusqu’à ce que tu décides de faire ce qui est juste.
Maintenant.
Le respect ne s’achète pas.
Il se mérite — avec le temps et la confiance.
Et la confiance ne naît que d’une chose :
L’intégrité.
L’intégrité — la clé universelle de la vie.
L’humanité a beaucoup évolué.
Mais la civilisation a perdu l’humanité.

È curioso vedere come oggi tutti vogliano essere locali.
Vogliamo tutti appartenere.
Vogliamo tutti far parte di un’umanità migliore.
Non molto tempo fa, se venivi da un paese del terzo mondo,
eri trattato come un problema.
Come un estraneo.
Oggi quegli stessi luoghi sono mete da sogno.
Oggi tutti vogliono viverci — o andarci in vacanza.
Quei locali un tempo ignorati
sono diventati le persone più rispettate.
Umani con dignità. Umani con integrità.
Nel frattempo, la civiltà è diventata assurda —
soffocata dalla propria avidità.
Voler sempre di più. Troppo.
Fino a quando non importa più —
finché non decidi di fare la cosa giusta.
Adesso.
Il rispetto non si compra.
Si guadagna — con il tempo e la fiducia.
E la fiducia nasce da una sola cosa:
Integrità.
Integrità — la chiave universale della vita.
L’umanità ha fatto molta strada.
Ma la civiltà ha perso l’umanità.
